Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
